Always a great experience
I haven't seen Laura in a while since our work schedules don't mesh but got a great massage the other day. All 3 of the therapists here are wonderful and highly professional.

Amazing Massage
I have had a few massages in my life. This one was different. Tammy took the time to talk to me and my body to see what I needed. When she found an issue she worked very hard to get it to relax. She was very informative and explained what my body was doing. As soon as the massage was over I booked my next session. Tammy is AMAZING and I would recommend her to anyone that wants a true deep muscle massage. Thanks Tammy!!

Best massage on Broadway
Shannon is one of the best massage therapists in Denver that I've been to. As a hair stylist I need a massage therapist that knows how to work the kinks out and make it relaxing. She's worth the wait!!

Massage

Tammy Is Amazing!
I woke up with a terrible stiff neck 2 mornings before I luckily had a massage scheduled with Tammy. I was in quite a bit of pain when I got to my massage appointment & was not very hopeful that the massage would help much, other than to relax and release my neck a bit. Boy was I wrong. I had an hour massage with Tammy and felt so much better and looser and in much less pain right after the massage and the next morning I was completely better! Thank you Tammy! You are truly a gifted healer!

Tammy has excellent intuition on what the body needs and tailors her massage accordingly. Our personalities clicked which is important to me since massage is a regular part of my training plan. Ahhh-mazing!
Tammy has some magic hands! She has been helping me with a chronic shoulder injury and it is incredible to see my range of motion return. Yesterday I was able to do my usual weight lifting regimen with ZERO crunching. She is knowledgable and intuitive with a calming presence. Highly recommend!

Amazing hands and a relaxing experience
Tammy is nothing short of a masseuse goddess. She finds all the things that hurt and puts the body back together again. And she does it all with thoughtfulness, intentionality, and the very sweetest demeanor and approach. I've joked with friends that she is both my massage therapist and my therapist. It was only half a joke. She is brilliant and creates a warm place for the body and mind. Go see her. You will not be disappointed.

A shiatsu massage
I had a beneficial and truly thorough massage with Shannon! She was attentive to the areas where I needed more work. I cannot say when I've had a better massage. The massage studio was relaxing & soothing. Shannon's knowledge & experience as a massage therapist show through the quality of her work. I highly recommend Total Body Wellness & plan to return!

Total Body Wellness is absolutely beautiful. I was warmly greeted by Laura and made at home for my massage. I received a 90 minute massage and it was incredible. I do not have any physical injuries, but stress has taken its toll on my body. Laura worked her magic and relieved all the tension throughout my body. I felt so good and relaxed after the massage that as soon as I got home at 8:45pm, I hit the sack and slept like baby. Thank you so much for such wonderful experience.

First off, the atmosphere at Total Body is very relaxing, soft on the eyes and tranquil to the mind. Tammy's massage was exactly what I needed that day. I woke up with a very stiff neck and kink in my upper back and shoulder, I could not move my head to the kit w/o extreme pain. I had a 90min. Session with Tammy and when I left her space, though a little soar from all the wonderful focused work, I felt much better! One day later I feel great and can turn my head with ease!

Fantastic Experience with Tammy
Tammy has created a very professional, relaxing and healing experience. She's able to do so much with her hands: myofascial, pressure points, gentle, ect. Tammy's energy is palpable – you really feel like you're in a safe and healing space. She quickly identified where all my tension was. I walked away feeling completely rejuvenated. Left feeling incredible
Tammy is a wonderful massage therapist and a wonderful human being. When I arrived at Total Body Wellness (very cute space by the way) she asked me which areas needed the most attention. She concentrated on my lower back and legs which had been in need of some deep tissue work due to an increase in running mileage. There is no way that the knots in my legs could have worked themselves out by themselves. Tammy is a master! I highly recommend her and will be back very soon.

Excellent compliment to a training program
Shannon knows so many different forms of massage that she can tailor her work to my needs even if I don't know what they are. It really help me run faster to flush my muscles a few days out before a running race. Her aromatherapy calms my mind and helps me focus. The location is convenient to downtown with free parking!

Four Hands!
On the 18th I had my second "Four Hands" massage from Shannon and Vanessa. A massage from either of them separately is an excellent session, but when they both staret digging in their elbows in you, it's a completely different experience. Your body doesn't know how to react because there are two points of serious contact. The result is you just melt into a nice piece of mush. I have been to a lot of them but there are not two more caring and experienced therapsts. Try it and enjoy!

Perfect
I have been going to Laura for a few months now to work on some back and shoulder issues; it has been one of the best things I've done for myself lately! I was usually never one that liked anything more than massage for relaxation but Laura has the perfect mix to help work on my stressed muscles and provide relaxation. I leave my sessions refreshed and relaxed and highly recommend Laura if you have any chronic issues lingering or just want to spoil yourself.

I recently had a deep-tissue massage with Vanessa for some chronic back and shoulder pain. She was amazing. I will be recommending her to all of my friends. Post-op surgery NMT
I am a VA patient and have had 3 surgeries on my ankles. I wish they could see the value of post-op care however, the VA system dosent recognize many recovery modalities. ONE session of NMT for my ankles and legs and I could immidiatly feel a warm sensation of blood flow returning to the injury sites, and look forward to regaining feeling as well as function with continued work. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to explore post-op recovery options!

Total Body Wellness is wonderful
For the last couple of years, I have been seeing Shannon for a weekly private Pilates session followed by massage. It's heavenly and fun, and keeps my body operational. Shannon is very body-centric, and pays close attention to problems. Her massages offer lovely extra touches: hot packs, eye pillows, hot towels, aromatherapy, all making the massage experience even better. I have also had massages with Vanessa, and she's great, too.
