We will be deepening our anatomy knowledge from a Pilates perspective by taking a 3 dimensional approach. Activities include not only anatomy review but the opportunity to draw, palpate and move relating to anatomy. Get ready for an exploitative environment; ask questions, share your experience, and experiment with movement from an anatomical perspective. You will leave feeling clear about anatomy and how it applies to your Pilates practice, enabling you to make conscious choices for your client's overall movement and wellness goals. This will be a webinar (ZOOM) style class over a 5 week period.
Week 1: Feet and lower legs
Week 2: Upper leg, pelvis, and lumbar spine
Week 3: Back and neck
Week 4: Chest, shoulders, and abdominal
Week 5: Rotator cuff, arms, neck and head
